My sister came on Wednesday to spend Thanksgiving and the weekend at my place since tickets to see our parents in New Hampshire were sold out. Unfortunately, my kitchen is very tiny.
Somehow, she managed chicken, sauteed green beans, boiled carrots, dinner rolls, mashed potatoes, no-bake cookies, and cranberry muffins. Because she's a chef, there was more cooking over the weekend which included steak and stir fry! Epic win.
We broke out our new Wii and played a ton of Cooking Mama: Cook Off and Wii Sports, only stopping when Molly wanted to try and beat her Harvest Moon game for the Gamecube. She's back at CIA today and my good news when I got home from the train station was getting my acceptance letter from Baruch College! Woo! Assuming the classes don't fill up, I'll be taking French and German in January.

C-Squared Pictures is currently seeking financial backing for the mini series version of Lynn Flewelling's Nightrunner Series and they're asking fans to join their Facebook page in support.
Speaking as someone with a degree in film studies, (lol, only time it will ever be useful?) producers like to see hype for a project, especially one at an independent level. It helps to assure them they will see their money back in the end. So even if you don't really use your Facebook page, join the group anyway and tell all of your friends!
